The KOKOWAGAYO cooperative, made up of 544 women, provides leadership and financial training, offering a platform for women to take charge of their coffee production and community efforts.
Processing Method
Semi-washed or fully washed, with Grade 1 beans that are double-picked to ensure the highest quality.
Harvest
Harvested twice a year, from September to November and April to May, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality beans.
Cultivars
A mix of 20% Bourbon, 60% Tim Tim (Catimor), and 20% Ateng Super, which contributes to the balanced and flavorful cup.
Altitude
Grown at 1,200–1,500 meters, which helps develop the coffee’s rich and complex flavor profile.
