Aged in the humid coastal winds of India’s Malabar Coast, the beans develop an earthy aroma with hints of cocoa, wood, and spice. The result is a mellow, full-bodied cup that’s perfect for espresso or blending.

Indian Monsooned Malabar

Cupping Notes

Exceptionally smooth with low acidity. Full-bodied with deep notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and sweet tobacco. A rich, syrupy mouthfeel ideal for espresso, with a lingering rustic finish.
