We run a cafe in Western Mongolia. Supply is one of our biggest challenges and fresh roasting our coffee for the Cafe and for sale seemed like the best way in insure a regular supply of quality coffee. For the past year and a half our 2 pound Sonofresco roaster has been roasting more than 20 pounds of coffee a week.
