Direct Vent Kit

When any Sonofresco Roaster is used indoors it must be vented outdoors to remove heat, exhaust gasses, and the minimal amount of smoke created during roasting. Sonofresco offers two venting systems; a simple direct Vent Kit, and a Power Vent Hood to match the Roaster which includes an extraction fan and light. You may also construct your own venting system, keeping in mind that you must do it in a way that does not create any back pressure on the Roaster.

The Vent Kit provides the pipe and fittings to directly run the exhaust from the top of the Roaster through the nearest exterior wall or ceiling.
