 The Sonofresco Table Top Commercial Coffee Roaster brings the art of coffee roasting directly to the retailer by incorporating easy to use electronic automation to control the roasting process.  The automated control system monitors the coffee bean temperature and automatically cycles the burner on or off throughout the active roast cycle based on a time vs. temperature roast profile and automatically enters cool down at the end of the roast cycle. 

It is fully automatic and allows the user to roast coffee to any desired degree of darkness. Yielding 1.2 pounds per batch, it is well suited for producing from one to twenty five pounds of freshly roasted coffee per day. The roaster requires only one minute of labor per batch of roasted coffee.  Energy costs for gas and electricity are very low – usually less than five or six cents per pound. 

The Sonofresco Coffee Roaster is a "fluidized bed" roaster in which the beans are agitated and roasted by gas heated air.  This method provides a very even roast, producing fresh coffee for you to brew for your customers.

All Sonofresco roasters follow the same pre programmed "Ideal Roast Profile" or time versus temperature graph.
